IMPLEMENTATION Implementation turns the distribution operations design into reality. And Exceed is there making it happen. We are involved through to the end, facilitating and managing our client teams and the various vendors that will be implementing their respective portions of the project. Our role is to make sure that every component is configured properly and tested, and that the end users are properly trained.
